Fresno, CA (KFSN) — Richard Daleman was arrested last month for having the marijuana. But a jury found him “not guilty” because the pot was for medical use. Wednesday he took all of his marijuana back home. On two large carts, Visalia resident Richard Daleman and his attorney rolled out more than 25 containers full of marijuana. Daleman was recently acquitted of possessing and cultivating marijuana for sales and now he got his marijuana back. And he can’t help but enjoy the smell of it. 61-year old Daleman has a state medical marijuana prescription card after being recommended by two doctors that he use marijuana to ease the pain on a number of conditions he has. Daleman’s attorney thinks the jury found him not guilty not only because he needs it medically but because he doesn’t smoke it. After emptying all the marijuana into garbage bags to weigh it. He found it was all there. Just over 12 pounds. Daleman unloaded and weighed it all out here in front of the courthouse so you can imagine it got quite a few stares from people passing by Deputies also seized 11 guns from his house when they arrested him, Daleman will be back in court next month to fight that charge.
Ever wonder what crimes Ferris Bueller committed in the movie?

A Fresno man charged with tattooing a gang insignia on a 7-year-boy while the father held him has pleaded not guilty.
Travis Gorman entered his plea Friday in Fresno County Superior Court. He faces felony charges of aggravated mayhem and street terrorism.
Fresno police say the 20-year-old tattooed the boy’s belly with a dog paw. It is the insignia of the Bulldogs, who are Fresno’s largest criminal street gang.
A warrant has been issued for the father, identified as 26-year-old Enrique Gonzalez.
Investigators learned of the crime Tuesday when the boy’s mother brought the child to the offices of a multi-agency gang task force.

A teenager suspected of car burglary was so surprised when he opened a car door to find a police officer sitting inside that he messed his pants, police said.
It happened about 1 a.m. Saturday as Salt Lake County sheriff’s deputy Chad Taylor was returning to his Centerville home from working a shift.
“I was in my personal vehicle, but I was in uniform,” Taylor told the Deseret News Monday. “I’d pulled in my driveway and was on the phone with another deputy when I looked in the rear-view mirror and saw this guy trying to get into my wife’s car.”
Taylor watched the teen then move up toward his car.
“Right as his hand goes to check my handle, I kick the door open,” Taylor said. “I said, ‘You’d better stop right there! Police!’ I’m not kidding, it was quiet as can be, and I heard …”
The 16-year-old boy turned and ran, chased by Taylor, who called 911 as he ran after the teen through the neighborhood. The boy was scrambling so fast, Taylor said, he lost his shoes. Centerville police responded to help catch the teen.
“One officer spotted him with night-vision goggles going into a house,” Centerville Police Lt. Paul Child said.
Does anyone object…. YEAH ‘I SLEPT WITH HIM

A Queens woman charges that a wedding guest from hell turned her dream nuptials into a sordid affair she can never forget by screaming, tossing a drink at another guest — and, worst of all, declaring she was sleeping with the groom.
Sandrina Purdum, 31, says that at the ceremony last Sept. 19, Jennifer Angevine accused her of “f- – -ing up” the life of groom Harold Purdum, who was then working for Angevine.
“Me and Harry were good together. You had to ruin everything by marrying him. You f- – -ed everything up,” the wife quotes Angevine, also 31, as saying in a civil suit filed in Queens Supreme Court.
After the outburst, things got so raucous that the 70 guests were ordered to leave the reception at the Naresa Palace catering hall in South Ozone Park, the suit says.
Sandrina and Harry did not even spend their wedding night together — she went to her parents’ house; he slept at the home of his best man.
Now, Sandrina says, she would like to have a baby, but can’t, “because I don’t trust my husband.”
Sandrina said that if she finds out that Harry did have an affair with his boss, “I will leave him. If he put me through all this suffering and hell, I will get a divorce.
“This girl really ruined my life. Nobody should go through what I went through. Every time I talk about it, I get chills,” Sandrina told The Post yesterday in the Midtown office of her lawyer, Michael Rublowsky.
“I’m so hurt,” she added. “What happened to me shouldn’t have happened to anyone. Someone just comes in and ruins your special day. I would like to see her go to jail for this.
“Harry, also 31, denied sleeping with Angevine, who owns Gold Coast Pools in Glen Cove, LI.
“I never did,” he said. “I never had a feeling she wanted anything like that.”Harry said that the day after her outburst, Angevine called him and apologized. “You’re life must be a living hell right now,” she said, according to Harry. “I’m sorry, so sorry.”
The following Monday, he said, he went in and quit his job as a pool installer and carpenter, even though Angevine offered him a raise and health benefits. He has been unemployed ever since.
Sandrina said she and her husband, who have been together for three years and live in Forest Hills, are now thinking of leaving New York.
The suit, which seeks unspecified damages, accuses Angevine of slander, inflicting emotional distress and battery — for allegedly poking Sandrina in the chest while telling her of the supposed hookup with Harry.
Neither Angevine nor her lawyer, Tom Larounis, would comment.
The Dangers of Twitter!!!

“Rapid-fire TV news bulletins or getting updates via social-networking tools such as Twitter could numb our sense of morality and make us indifferent to human suffering, scientists say.
Scientists say updates on networking tools such as Twitter are often too quick for the brain to fully digest.
Scientists say updates on networking tools such as Twitter are often too quick for the brain to fully digest.
New findings show that the streams of information provided by social networking sites are too fast for the brain’s “moral compass” to process and could harm young people’s emotional development.
Before the brain can fully digest the anguish and suffering of a story, it is being bombarded by the next news bulletin or the latest Twitter update, according to a University of Southern California study.
“If things are happening too fast, you may not ever fully experience emotions about other people’s psychological states and that would have implications for your morality,” said researcher Mary Helen Immordino-Yang.”
