This guy is my hero In a nutshell, here’s what the bill would do: “Remove all penalties under California law for the cultivation, transportation, sale, purchase, possession, and use of marijuana, natural THC and paraphernalia by persons over the age of 21,” “prohibit local and state law enforcement officials from enforcing federal marijuana laws (more on that later)” and establish a fee of $50 an ounce on marijuana on top of whatever pot will cost in a legal future – which legalization advocates say is about half what it costs now. This tax rate figures at about a buck a joint.

Well it was for about 2 hours today. I sat and had breakfast with my boy and we talked about being fired and about maybe getting a show together as well as a bunch of other things. Diego is a good dude and it sucks that he got fired after 18 years at Q. I know he will be fine as I hear he has big plans. He is a Philly guy through and through and I can see why Philly LOVES him. Never has a bad thing to say about anyone no matter how F’ed up they are to him.  I will talk about everything that went down today in our meeting tonight ( Monday) at 8pm est on the video cast hope to see you there!

Check this out Seriously it’s time to just go ahead and stimulate the economy. You want to generate 14 billion dollars a year. Well you would if it was legal it would save the 7 billion we spend fighting it and then another 7 billion in taxing it. That’s not counting any businesses that would sell it or any of the new jobs it would create. That is just money the government would make off of it. I can see the deficit disappearing as we speak. I don’t want to hear about all the retards who think its a gateway drug because that’s just propaganda I have never tried any other drug ever and have never had the urge to either. Fact is weed has NEVER killed anyone ever. You would have to smoke 15,000 pounds in 15 minutes to kill a human.

I have been working on putting together my demo for a while now listening to hours of audio and I don’t know what it is put I can’t pick any damn audio for myair-check. I always find something wrong with it. I know I’m just being a psycho about it but I am like a week behind where i should be at this point. What stands out for you? Has there been something I have talked about on air that you still talk about or think about and laugh? If so Please Help me out!!! I am listening toair-checks from 2006 when we used to talk on average 12-15 min each break! Wow the show is now down to 4 min breaks. Time for me to take the next step anyway. I will tell the whole story of what happened soon. I’m guessing i will use this as my platform. I’m thinking if this week goes well I can tell the story on Friday. But until then I need to find some damn audio !  I might be all over the place with this post but hey I  think I’m just venting anyway. I will continue to update this site  so bear with me I’m still learning.

I am just sitting in my living room as an unemployed morning radio guy thinking about the future. I realized there is a wave of technology that is taking over everything in our industry. I need to start blogging everyday learning  twitter, flickr, G-phone,  facebook, etc . I seem to have G4tv on or Leo Leporte on XM to get me nerd on and try to keep up with the tech trends. Baffles my mind how fast our technology is advancing. While most people in my position would be flipping out thinking with the economy being so bad they need to run and get a job. I am taking this time to catch up on the latest tech and get excited about radio again. I am sure someone is smart enough to understand how passionate i am about radio and the knowledge i have gained in the past 7 years. I believe my time is coming soon so until then I will conrinue to learn and make sure nobody in radio has more weapons to win then i do. So if you see a hot trend abot to start LET ME KNOW.
